In the New Libertarian Manifesto by SEKIII he says the following:
"More importantly, the activism prescribed herein (especially Counter-Economics) has been practiced by the author and his closest allies since 1976. Several “anarchovillages” of New Libertarians have formed and reformed.
Just once, wouldn’t you like to read a manifesto that’s been practiced before it’s preached? I wanted to.
And I did it."
Konkin lived in an anarcho-village in California, I have found some information about it here:
I am wondering if any of you had any information of the specifics of how this village took care of itself. I am very interested in it's history and the living standards of it.
From what I've read up on its history, the anarcho-village here in Long Beach, CA was nothing more than an apartment of anti-state / agorist writers. I don't know why they referred to it as a village when it was just an apartment where Konkin and other allies would hang out and write all the time. This is what I've read from different sources online about the anarcho-village. I'm sure if you dig a little deeper online you'll be able to come across more sources regarding the anarcho-village. Sorry I'm not able to help you out more regarding it.
