Why not to Vote, a Call for Online Activism.
Debra Bowen, Cali's Secretary of State(ism) has called on American Voters to submit videos to Youtube to remind people why they should vote. I am calling on Non-Voting Anarch.me members to respond, submitting videos explaining why they aren't voting. It can be as serious or Silly as you want, they important thing is numbers.
